How is this different from ChatGPT or AI content tools?

What if I don't like the content?

You approve everything before it goes live. One revision round per piece is included. Anything off? We regenerate it.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We guarantee content delivery and consistent execution, not business outcomes. Performance depends on factors outside our control (offer, product-market fit, audience, seasonality, etc.).

Which platforms do you post to?

Starter tier covers Instagram and Facebook. Momentum adds LinkedIn (3 platforms total). Growth covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok (5 platforms). You choose which platforms you want during onboarding.

Are graphics included? What about videos?

Yes, every social post includes a professional image-based graphic (quote cards, product highlights, stat graphics, testimonial posts). We use Canva templates customized with your brand colors and logo. Graphics are included in all tiers at the same quality level. We do NOT create videos, video editing, or animated content—only static image graphics designed for social posts.

Do you actually post for me, or do I still have to do it manually?

We post for you automatically, starting with Starter tier. You approve content on Mondays, and it auto-schedules across your platforms all week. Zero manual posting. Starter covers 2 platforms, Momentum covers 3, Growth covers 4+.

What if I don't get many new reviews each month?

Not a problem. In Week 1, we analyze your existing 100-200 reviews to build your Message Library—15-20 proven angles based on what customers already say. Then we rotate and repurpose those angles into fresh content all year. Every quarter we do a quick pulse check to scan new reviews and add 1-2 new angles if needed. Your content stays grounded in customer language whether you get 5 new reviews or 50.

What's the "Message Library"?

A 2-page document we deliver in Week 1 showing: your top 5-7 customer benefits (with review counts), your top 3-5 objections handled, language you own vs words you avoid, and proof points (star rating, review count, repeat rate). This becomes your content playbook. Every post we create uses these proven angles.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, anytime. Most customers start at Starter to validate the system, then upgrade to Momentum when they want more volume and graphics, or Growth when they want full automation. You can upgrade or downgrade with 7 days' notice.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

How long does setup take?
